Edward Manukyan

Biography

Edward is an Associate at Kingswood Capital Management and is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining Kingswood, Edward was an Analyst in the Global Industries Group at UBS, focusing on M&A, debt financings, and equity issuances. Edward is a graduate of Vanderbilt University’s Graduate School of Management with a Master of Science in Finance and a graduate of UC – Irvine’s School of Biological Sciences with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
