Matt Maxwell

Biography

Matt is a Vice President of Finance at Kingswood Capital Management. He is responsible for finance, accounting, and working capital optimization. Prior to Kingswood, Matt served as a Senior Director at TPG Capital where he spent 6 years overseeing the finance and accounting function for several platforms, most recently the Impact platform. Prior to TPG, Matt spent 6 years with Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Services group performing financial due diligence for both PE and Corporate clients. Matt received a BS in Business Administration and a Masters of Accounting from the University of Arizona.
