Adria Fabre de Roussac

Biography

Adria is member of Kingswood’s Portfolio Operations team, where she focuses on FP&A and is responsible for financial planning, performance improvement, and operational analysis across the firm’s portfolio companies. She works closely with the firm’s investment team and portfolio company management teams to drive strategic initiatives, enhance financial visibility, and support value creation efforts.

Prior to joining Kingswood, Adria spent over a decade leading financial operations across multinational corporate environments and private equity-backed organizations, including portfolio companies backed by Bain Capital. She brings expertise spanning both corporate and commercial finance, with experience leveraging commercial analytics, margin expansion, pricing optimization, and scalable reporting frameworks.

Adria graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Cote d’Azur University.
