Andrew Kovach

Biography

Andrew is a Managing Director at Kingswood Capital Management and responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight. Prior to Kingswood, Andrew spent six years at Platinum Equity, an operationally-focused private equity firm, where he was a Vice President in the firm’s M&A Execution group. During his time at Platinum, Andrew gained extensive experience with complex transactions, including corporate divestitures, and was responsible for monitoring control investments. Before joining Platinum, Andrew worked in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey and risk consulting at Ernst & Young. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

At Kingswood, Andrew is involved with Mountain Equipment Company, Senture (exited), Lind Marine, Support Services Group, G Fuel, Kodak Alaris, PATCO Products, and Branding Iron Holdings.
