Brandon Sucaldito

Biography

Brandon is an Associate at Kingswood Capital Management and responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining Kingswood, Brandon was an Associate at Morgan Stanley, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, equity issuances and activism defense. Previously, Brandon was with UBS Investment Bank. Brandon is a graduate of New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing.

At Kingswood, Brandon is involved with Lind Marine, G Fuel, and Branding Iron Holdings.
