Clayton Lechleiter

Biography

Clayton is a Managing Director at Kingswood Capital Management and responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight.  Prior to joining Kingswood, Clayton was an Associate Analyst at Imperial Capital, where he published capital structure research on stressed and distressed companies in various industries. Previously, Clayton was an Associate at Madison Dearborn Partners and an Analyst at Moelis & Company. Clayton graduated magna cum laude from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science, Economics.
