Hazzah Ismail

Biography

Hazzah is an Associate at Kingswood Capital Management and responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining Kingswood, Hazzah was an Associate at One Rock Capital Partners where he focused on executing and monitoring control investments across a range of sectors. Previously, Hazzah was an Analyst in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey where he worked on restructurings, distressed M&A, and liability management transactions. Hazzah graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
