Biography
T.J. is a Vice President at Kingswood Capital Management, where he is responsible for business strategy and operations across the firm’s portfolio companies. He works closely with the investment team, operating executives, and portfolio company leadership to drive strategic initiatives that grow enterprise value.
Prior to joining Kingswood, T.J. served as the Chief Financial Officer of Acclarity Group, a highly acquisitive, sponsor-backed accounting services platform. In this role, he led financial planning and analysis (FP&A), M&A integration, operational efficiency initiatives, and pricing strategy. Before his tenure as CFO, T.J. worked at Pine Tree Equity, focusing on financial and operational due diligence, portfolio company governance, and partnering with executive teams to drive value creation initiatives. He began his career at Deloitte practicing in both the audit and financial due diligence groups.
T.J. is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder.
