Biography
Aaron is a Head of Tax at Kingswood Capital Management. He is responsible for all aspects of tax at Kingswood including strategy and compliance for the firm and its investment funds, including structuring, compliance, reporting, and risk management. Prior to Kingswood, Aaron served as a Senior Director at World Market where he spent 4 years overseeing the tax function for World Market. Prior to World Market, Aaron spent 5 years with PwC in the Mergers and Acquisition Tax group performing tax due diligence and tax structuring for both PE and Corporate clients. Aaron received a Bachelor of Science Business Administration in Accounting and a Juris Doctorate with a concentration in tax from the University of San Francisco.
