Biography
Max is an Associate at Kingswood Capital Management and is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining Kingswood, Max was an Analyst in the M&A group at Wells Fargo focused on deal execution across industries. Max graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and as a two-time All-American on the Track & Field team.
